You watched Jinwoo get his daily quest and wanted that System. So you set the famous quest (100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, a 10 km run) in an app and lasted about four days.
Most "System" apps are a checklist with a rank badge, and that quest was never meant for day one. Five apps compared, plus a quest you can keep.
What a real-life System actually needs
- Daily quests that fit your day.
- Stats you can see move.
- Levels that unlock something.
- A reason to return that isn't guilt.
- Room for bad days.
Most apps nail the first three; the last two decide whether you're still using it in a month.

If you want an actual game loop
We build Taskoria, so weigh this with that in mind. Here the System is a fight: each task you complete deals damage to a monster. Every land has 6 monsters and a boss, there are 7 lands, and monster drops become gear you craft.
Miss a day and nothing is taken away: no HP loss, no lost levels or gear. Skills and Goals (Pro) track real-life growth. Limits: no web app, Pro from the third land, and it isn't a workout planner. More in why Taskoria works and the guide.

A daily quest you can actually keep
- Week 1: 10 push-ups (knees fine), 10 sit-ups, 10 squats, a 1 km walk or jog.
- Each week: felt manageable? Add about 5 reps. If not, repeat the week.
- Rest days count: one or two easy days a week are part of the plan.
- One task per exercise, so a tired day with three done still scores.
This is general fitness advice, not medical advice: with a health condition or injury, check with a doctor first. More on gamifying your to-do list and gamified habit trackers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these official Solo Leveling apps?
No. Each is made by an independent developer and inspired by the idea of the System; none of the listings we read presents itself as official. Taskoria isn't affiliated with Solo Leveling either.
Can I really do 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats and a 10 km run every day?
Some people work up to it, but very few can start there. Begin small, add a few reps each week and keep rest days. With a health condition or injury, check with a doctor or trainer first.
Is there a free Solo Leveling-style app?
Most are free to download with paid extras; Arise requires a subscription. Taskoria is free on iOS and Android; optional Pro ($4.99/month or $29.99/year, US) unlocks every land from the third, Goals, Skills and more.
